I love to cook . I'm not good at giving recipes, because I copy them from online sources . I just want to share the results to make your mouth water. Enjoy!

Linaga nga Baka or Beef Stew
Linaga and Kimchi
Linaga is the term for nilaga or stew.
This is very popular in Iloilo (Philippines) - it is a comfort food during cold weather and also summer time. I remember when I was young and my family owned a small karenderia(small restaurant) this stew was always served everyday. Students and jeepney drivers love to buy it and mix it with rice and even asking for extra additional soup.
Main ingredients are garlic, ginger, chili, batuan or can use tamarind, lemon grass, petchay or bok choy, jack fruit (langka), annatto , salt, pepper, beef stock, and beef.
This is Batuan for more info http://www.experiencenegros.com/batuan-fruit-is-the-best/

Sweet Pancakes with Brown Sugar Syrup (Hotteok)
This is a Korean snack and it is delicious! I really got addicted to Korean foods when my husband and me visit South Korea last 2013. In the street of Myeodong you can see different kind of snacks and one of this is Hotteok.
For my filling I used mixed nuts and seeds.
