Spicy Rainbow trout


Before putting  mixture of Chili  and sea salt , I put Kalamansi juice first.

Thank you for teaching me this method Lam my friend from Vietnam.  Crushed Chilis and sea salt together before rubbing to the fish.  Actually my friend recommends that its better to use in Squid and shrimp but in Finland no available fresh squid or even shrimp :-(.





Time to grill the fish .
